If I am a solo traveler but do not mind sharing a room or suite with another guest, what should I do?
If you would like to share a room or suite, but need to be matched with another guest, you can put your deposit in for the room of your choice, and at check out select “YES to being matched with another solo traveler." Once we match you then we'll connect you to your suite mate so you can get to know each other leading up to the retreat.
Do I need to book my own flight?
You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from Tucson or Phoenix airports. We always suggest booking your airfare to arrive as early in the day as possible so you have the day to get settled and relax before our retreat officially begins.
When will I receive trip details?
Upon registration, you will receive a welcome message with general trip information. If you opted for an installment plan, we will also send reminders 10 days prior to payment date. As the date of the retreat approaches over the next few months, you will receive emails on specifics relevant to your trip.
When should I book my package?
You should book as soon as you're able to because rooms are limited.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
We will provide ground transportation to and from Tucson airport. If you choose to fly in to Phoenix airport, you are responsible for your own transportation (be on the lookout for a possible rental car partner in the next few months for special discounts.)
West Coasters and anyone else are welcome to drive to the resort. Please refer to the packages page for a detailed description of what's included in your package.
Do you have discounts available?
Yes! We do offer a 5% discount for our retreats if paid in full at time of booking.
Can I arrive early and stay late?
You are more than welcome to book your travel to arrive early and/or stay post retreat. If you choose to do so, you will be responsible for the cost of your room at the hotel/resort as well as arranging transportation to/from the airport if they are out of our specific travel dates. We will do our best to work with the hotel/resort to give you the same rate that our group will receive for the retreat. Contact us directly so we can confirm the rate of your room.
Is my trip package refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable due to upfront costs we must incur. If cancellation within 120 days, any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place within 90 days, 50% of the trip price will be refunded. If cancellation takes place within 60 days, 100% of your trip price will be forfeited. We will make an exception if you are able to book someone to take your place.
Should I get travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not mandatory however we highly recommend you do purchase it. If you choose to do so, we suggest that you add “cancel for any reason” to your policy.
Although normal trip cancellation will cover you for illness or injury, or for a travel companions illness, injury or death, it is limited to these. With “cancel for any reason” you will receive a percentage (usually 75%-100%) of all pre-paid costs. With this coverage if something comes up, a wedding, a new job opportunity, etc. or if the organizers have to cancel due to weather, staff injury or illness or other unforeseen reasons, you will be covered. *This option needs to be purchased within 15 days of your trip deposit.

If you choose to go on any additional excursions outside of the resort, you will be responsible for the costs but we will definitely help you arrange reservations and transportation.
What can I expect at an OMNoire Retreat
You can expect daily yoga, meditation and other fitness sessions (either led by us or offered complimentary through the resort), nourishing group discussions, sisterhood, and adventure!
When will I see a schedule?
We generally do not publish our schedule on our website, it is only for confirmed retreat attendees. We do send out a tentative schedule at least 60-90 days prior to the retreat.
Do I need yoga experience?
We welcome yogis of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practioners. This retreat will offer an opportunity for growth and new experience no matter how much time you have spent on your mat. Regardless, we hope you keep an open mind and trying out something new to you during your time there.
What kind of food can I expect?
We strive to provide healthy meals for all our retreats, keeping in line with the needs of our wellness community. Please let us know as soon as you sign up for our retreat if you have any special needs; food allergies or other allergies, or any other special needs/conditions, dietary or medical.
What should I bring?
You should generally bring: sunscreen, bug repellent, comfortable clothes and shoes, sunglasses, swimsuits, reading materials, a journal, reusable water bottle, and a little sense of adventure!
How much free time will we have?
Our retreats will always include a healthy balance between group activities and solo free time to relax, read a book, take a walk, party at night, etc. The days that we have outings planned we will go lighter on the yoga/fitness sessions. We have built in leisure time for participants to go off on their own or simply stay near the hotel/resort.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Please contact us directly if you have a special request for your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate.
